The Reflective Designer is growing with the newest technologies to present our products and advise using Zoom and FaceTime to see your room, watch you take approximate measurements and help make selections from viewing samples online. When necessary we will order actual samples and send it directly to you. At this point we will be able to give our clients an idea of the financial cost and consider all options to help select the right product with the best price fit.

Even if everything is done by Virtual Sales it is most important to have a professional measure and a double check on the fabric and color selected at your home. I this final step is the only thing needed to be done to finish the order then it will be done when both the client and designer is comfortable. We feel very strongly that it is not up the client to take and be responsible for measurements. That is why we will do it and take on the full responsibility that it fits and works correctly. We can also show flooring virtually, but again it would be best for us to see your space and take all the final measurements to ensure a perfect installation. If for Flooring or Window Treatments if you should desire a face to face consultation we love nothing better. We are starting to visit homes with mask and gloves on while maintaining a safe social distancing from our clients.
